Most guys beat themselves up saying “where did it go wrong, can I get her back” when it’s finally over. They start nit picking at every little thing that went wrong and visualizing every other possible outcome. A plan might be attempted to apologize or try to do something to win the heart of his woman.
Most guys are shot down for trying too hard. But the majority of the time they don’t have all the details to why they specifically broke it off. Women are very much in tuned with their emotions and it could be that it’s been many different emotional cues and not a specific incident. You can drive yourself crazy trying to find out what did I do wrong.
You must isolate yourself from the situation. Constantly arguing and rehashing old hurts is not the answer to getting your ex girlfriend back. You must REFOCUS your attention on the things that please you in your life. Get out and start to explore where you live or you can try writing a list of all the things that you’ve always wanted to be, do, and have. And start making definite plans to accomplish these things on your brand new list.
Be patient and relax about all this and allow your positive changes to manifest in your life. Some time away from your ex and focusing on your own joy will bring magic.
What this will do is give you a chance to put things in prospective for you. Just allow the changes from your list to become who you are. After some time, you may be in a better position win the heart of your ex or you may be ready to experience the world and move on.

Follow your bliss in your own life and play things cool with your ex girlfriend. She will wonder what’s got you so happy and if you worked on your list a spent a good amount of time away from her she may be missing you as well. Show her and everyone else that your happiness is not dependent upon anyone outside of yourself.
The best thing for you is to know that what is best for you will happen exactly how it’s supposed to. Be easy and discover how lovely life can be and if she wants to share in your joy so be it if not move on. Your life will only get better and in the not too distant future. You will look back on where you’re at now and say “how could I ever have felt so bad, my wife is so beautiful!!!”Don’t over analyze things you can still get you ex girlfriend back.
