I recently started a poll on Squidoo and I think it's something that everybody should think about or at least consider. The question is do you believe there is a difference between being in love with somebody or simply just loving somebody. I have talked about this subject with many friends and exes and I always get mixed emotions. My opinion is that there is no such thing as falling in love. Just because a person is no longer right for you doesn't mean you can just fall out of love with them. How can someone you once devoted yourself to be someone now that you hate or have fell out of love with. I’m not saying that significant others don’t do things that you consider not pleasing. Love is something that is timeless and unconditional. Even if the aspects of the person your with or used to be with seem to be different. Your focus has just shifted and the one you love is still there beneath the surface of what you don’t like. I feel moving on and not wanting to be with them doesn't mean the love is gone. It means your attention is focused on the aspects of your mate (or ex mate) that are not to your liking. Now this is just my truth, All truth is true but are only true for the people who believe that their true. It's all about what works for you. We must replace truth with works.
