1 – What could you have done differently in order for you and your ex girlfriend to still be together? You’re ex girlfriend did not probably break up with you on a whim. You may not be aware of the reason exactly why your ex broke up with you. The first step in getting back with your ex should be to realize what you can do to be better in the relationship. What can you bring to the table?
2 – You must take blame for what went wrong in the relationship entirely. Not saying that you’re ex girlfriend never did anything that was not to your liking. You must forgive yourself and be OK with where you are now at. You must not place blame outside of yourself to stop living your life in default.
3 – Becoming a hermit is not cool. You must be a social creature even though you are not currently with your ex girlfriend. Just because you and your ex are not talking right now doesn’t mean that close yourself from the world. Reconnect with old friends and meet new friends, just get out and about. You will give your attention to feeling good and it’s likely that your ex girlfriend will notice.
4 – Showing that you have moved on while at the same time showing her she is in your thoughts. Let her know that you can live without her but your feelings for her are unchanging. This most likely will make her desire for you grow and she will probably be impressed with your maturity.
5 – Trust is like a building you have built over however long you have been together and in one fail swoop your building of trust has been demolished. It is important you build that building of trust back up. Making your friendship stronger should be at the top of your list of priorities.
When you get to a place where your friendship is thriving ask why you broke up. Don’t ask in a desperate kind of way this may be your opportunity to get a pearl of wisdom that will bring the relationship full circle. In conversation with her listen attentively and act accordingly.

You get over a fear by facing it. Just rationalize it and do it. My mother always said if they cannot take your money or beat you up - you have everything to gain and nothing to lose - so just do it. By the way there are about 3 billion females in the world, so there are a lot to choose from. So what if a few turn you down, who cares? You have to sort through a lot of weeds to find one beautiful rose.
